Todd Nelson stands behind every project Qualified Carpentry builds. If something fails because of how it was installed or how it was built, call him. He will come back and make it right. That has been true for 32 years in the trades and it is not going to change now. What this covers is workmanship. It does not cover normal wear, manufacturer material issues, or damage from conditions outside the project scope. If you are not sure whether something qualifies, call and ask.
