Remodeling Questions, Answered for Sioux Falls Homeowners

Are you licensed, bonded and insured?

Yes. Qualified Carpentry is licensed, bonded, and insured. We hold a City of Sioux Falls Residential Building Contractor License and carry full general liability and workers' compensation insurance.

Do you charge for estimates?

Yes. Todd meets you at your property for a complimentary on-site consultation. He walks through the project, takes measurements, and asks the questions that shape an accurate quote. The written estimate comes after, built from real measurements, current vendor pricing, and a full material list. Most written estimates are delivered within a few days of the consultation.

What areas do you serve?

Sioux Falls and 16 surrounding communities within roughly a 30-mile radius, including Brandon, Harrisburg, Tea, Hartford, Crooks, Renner, Worthing, Lennox, Dell Rapids, Garretson, Valley Springs, Baltic, Humboldt, Colton, and Canton.

How long does a typical kitchen remodel take?

Most full kitchen remodels run six to ten weeks from demo to final walkthrough. We give you a written schedule before we start and update it weekly.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We pull every permit, coordinate every inspection, and handle all communication with the city. You don't lift a finger.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We partner with SoFi to offer fixed-rate financing for qualified homeowners. You can pre-qualify in minutes without a hard credit hit.

Do you do commercial work?

Yes. We handle tenant build-outs, office remodels, and small commercial new construction in addition to residential.

Do you warranty your work?

Yes. Every project includes a workmanship warranty in writing. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to you.
